SADD Cumberland Valley High School Chapter displays another Video Promotion for Black Out Day. We take a day to recognize those that have died due to Destructive Decisions performed by other people or themselves. This mainly focuses on drunk driving and suicides, but the category can be expanded much further, as destructive decisions are more than what meet the eye.
