We walk along the sidewalk back to pinkberry. When we are infront of it, I stop Nick for a minute.
Nick-What now? are you gonna give another one of those long speech things about love *laughs*
Claire- *shoves Nick lightly and also laughs* No. I just wanted to say, don't make it look like we're a couple. I don't want them to know yet.
Nick- *smiles* Ok
We hug each other and kiss each other lightly on the lips, then we walk inside.
Joe- Heyyyyyy!!!
Rachel-What took you 2 so long?
Nick and I look at each other awkwardly.
Claire- Well.....um......uh........
Nick- I couldn't find her! Wow she is an amazing hider! she hid in a giant tall tree! It was like, a million feet high! And she climbed up all the way to the top! When she saw me, she fell. But I caught her. And she seemed to be limping at 1st, when we started walking back, but she was fine after a while. And then we arrived.

Joe- Ok....gosh...don't hafta be so down in the dumps mr oscar the grouch

Sarah- I didn't even understand that

We all roll our eyes and laugh.
Kevin- Well, everyone ready to go?
We all nod and go out to the car. Kevin drives us all to their house, where we decide to spend the night.

We all get into our PJ's and sit down in the family room.
Rachel- *yawn* so where are we gonna sleep?
Nick- Claire can sleep in my room!
Claire- Ya!
Kevin- Ok. Claire is taken care of. Sarah? Rach? You two wanna sleep in the guest room?

Kevin- Well I'm gonna go to bed. Night your guys!
Rachel- Me too. Meet ya in the room, Sarah
Sarah- *talking really fast* Who me? I'm gonna stay up all night! I'm hyper hyper HYPER right now and I can stay up forever I don't need sleep who needs sleep not me woohoo I'm feeling pumped this night is going to be so much fun woooo fun fun fun fun fun fun fun fun!!! *suddenly collapses to the floor*
Claire- so much for staying up the whole night

Joe picks her up in his arms and carries her to her room.
Now It's just me and Nick

Claire- So we are boyfriend and girlfriend, right? But no one knows...so we can go on that couch over there, and start making out. Then when he comes down he will be...well....surprised! so you wanna do it?

We both smile and walk over to the couch.

Claire- I hear him coming lets just kiss!
I pull Nick in and I rap my arms around his neck while he raps his around my waist. Our lips connect and we start making out. Perfect. I hear Joe coming down the stairs and-

Nick and I separate and start laughing. Kevin, Rachel, and Sarah, come running downstairs from Joe's screaming.

Claire- Sure! *gives nick a peck on the cheek and walks out with Rachel*

Claire- OMG No its not Rachel stop being so negative besides your only my cousin well now you are when I dated Jesse you barely knew anything about him so just back off I love Nick and you can't do anything to break us apart...only our love will could be strong enough to break us apart but that will never happen!
I storm out of the room with tears in my eyes.
Nick- Claire? Whats wrong?
I run upstairs before he can catch up to me. I run in my room, slam the door and throw myself on my bed and cry. How dare Rachel bring up Jesse! She barely even knew him...unlike me. I knew him very well. My door creaks open slowly.
Nick- Can I come in?
Claire- Yeah
Nick comes and walks over to my bed and sits next to me.
Nick- Whats wrong?
Claire- Nothing
Nick- I know something is. Please tell me
Claire- Fine. Rachel doesn't think our relationship will go well. She thinks it will end up just like mine and Jesse's relationship.
