On the first day of freshman year, Lauren and her friend, Mikayla, were having a sleepover at Lauren's house.
Lauren's dad walks in...
L. Dad- Girls! Time to wake up!
Girls- (moan)
L- (sleepy) Five, ten, maybe the whole day please.
L. Dad- No. Time to get up for your first day of freshman year.
Girls- No!
L. Dad- (starts to sing) It's the most wonderful time...
Girls- (annoyed) Gahh! Fine! We're up!
L. Dad- Good! Get going!
L- (moan) I hate it when he does that on every first day of school.
Mikki- I know! He did that when I was here last year and other years.
L- Let's get dressed.
The girls get dressed.
Mikki- Cute outfit!
L- Thanks! I got this lovely aqua shirt and black mini skirt from Justice. You'll see my shoes later.
Mikki- Okay.
L- That's a nice outfit.
Mikki- Thanks.
L- Welcome.
Mikki- Got the cotton candy pink and white mini skirt from Justice too. You'll see my shoes when we get downstairs.
L- Cool.
Lauren's cell phone rings...
L- (answers) Hey, this is Lauren.
?- Hey!
L- Oh, hey Marco!
M- You guys ready?
L- Were about ready.
M- Awesome! Justin and I will meet you and Mikayla at your house.
L- Okay.
M- Gotta go. We'll be there soon.
L- Alright. Peace!
M- See ya!
They hang up...
Mikki- Was it Marco?
L- Yeah. Let's get going.
The girls get themselves ready.
The doorbell rings...
L. Dad- I'll get it! (opens the front door) Hi Marco!
M- Hello.
J- Hi.
L. Dad- The girls are getting their shoes.
With the girls...
L- I got my sparkly flats from Justice also.
Mikki- Same here.
L- Cool.
Girls- (walk over to the front door with their backpacks)
L- Hey guys!
Mikki- What's up?
M- You look great.
L- (smiles) Thanks.
J- You do too.
Mikki- Thanks.
L. Dad- You guys ready for school?
L- Yeah.
L. Dad- Alright. Who's taking you?
M- My mom.
L. Dad- Okay.
M- We better go.
L- Okay.
The kids leave for school.
M. Mom- Okay kids...you ready for school?
M- Yes Mom.
M. Mom- I'll see you later.
The kids get out of the car and go through the doors.
All- Whoa!
