Ivan goes over a basic kick and a raking variant. THIS IS SPARTAAAA/the front push kick is delivered by lifting the knee into a chambered position and snapping/pushing outward of the foot while driving the body weight behind it. This is usually targeted at the midsection, ribs, or groin. Ivan notes that aiming higher can be more damaging but throws the user off-balance if they're not careful.
Also, the raking variant is aimed at the lower body and is thrown with a slashing motion. Aiming for the quadriceps, the kneecap, shins, and even the foot. You'll ruin someone's mobility if you toss a couple of these in there.
