All of our instructors are certified through ACMA, the American Council of Martial Artists. Our dedicated instructors must complete, on an annual basis, 40 hours of continuous training in martial art classroom management and teaching methodology to retain certification. Although our core style is Traditional Taekwondo, we effectively blend concepts and signature techniques from Kenpo, Aikido, Kickboxing, Capoeira, Escrima, and Kobudo into our curriculum, providing our students with a well-rounded martial art education in both physical skills and martial art philosophy.

At Donna's Place, Mahopac, NY,10/27/96-Got a late call to fill in at a celebration of More Sugar Magazine's 2nd Anniversary(they're now up to 14 years). This is our opening song 'Gung Ho'.Bill Gramaglia on drums. Song is copyright 1988 E. Mattavous Jr. Mike Fischmann directed the video and provided the sound. I'm playing a 1984 Dean Flying V Standard that I sold and miss very much. Using a Marshall 4501 50 watt combo with a GT-75 speaker. You'll see a person wandering in and out of the camera shot; that's Tom O'Reilly, publisher of More Sugar.
