"Overhead Anyhow" Challenge Prep
"Overhead Anyhow" Challenge 30 minutes, 80% of bodyweight for maximum reps locked out overhead --- This is my first preparation session, just trying to get a feel for the most efficient technique. I used 135lbs just because it was convenient, but I'll probably use about 115lbs during the actual event. I'm also going to try catching the bounce and popping right back up into subsequent reps, instead of resetting between them as I did here.
