4 weeks post
It has been 4 weeks since I had my 4th baby and so I thought I would share my journey back into pole dancing. I have not done any inversions, pole climbs, or handstands of any sort since my 4th month of pregnancy. In fact after that video I only danced about 6 more times and that includes the 2 pregnant videos I posted. I was just too busy with the move. This is my third attempted any of these moves. Wow do I feel weak :(
Anyway....It's quite frustrating, my mind know how to do the moves but my body is unable. Also I have had to switch back to my 50mm X-pole because it is the only pole that has the extentions to reach my 12ft ceiling. I was spoiled by my 45mm.
Also most experts recommend waiting 4-6 week after delivery to began strenuous exercise. I know my body and I feel great!
