This vid is about one of the most well known assassins of New York City, Tony Betolini, and his small group of assassins he trained and took under his wing over a span of years. Skilled in their profession, every once in awhile they'd spin off course and cause nothing but problems for their mentor. "And it all comes down to you" is meant to represent Tony having trained them, dealt with things that went wrong, and how they look back on this now, even after his death.
These characters are currently played in the New York City Streets forum story line.
