Satsang with Stuart~ the current that knows the way

In the late 1990s, Stuart attended satsang with Robert Adams, an American jnani (knower of truth) who became his mentor. Stuart often speaks of the strength of Robert's presence and is most grateful to Robert and his guru, the revered Ramana Maharshi, the sage of Arunachala. Being drawn to pilgrimage to Ramana's ashram in South India in 2005, Stuart feels it is the depth and power of Ramana's silence that supports all knowledge of our true nature.
According to Stuart, "When we take our attention off the individual we experience something miraculous - our nature, our essence, and that is a state of contentment that is causeless."
Stuart calls this process "undoing".
We are all already awake, it is the natural state, and its nature is known when one is conscious of 'being' before clicking into identifying as the personal identity. This awakeness is the all pervading fullness of only 'Good' with no space left for anything else. Here it is known that the body is a phantom taken for solid reality. Knowing this is seeing through the mystery of existence. You are the strength, knowledge and impervious peace of being. Happiness stands alone in its natural state, and there is no way that it can end. "If you let go of the I am the body idea, all of your problems will fly away" - Ramana Maharshi From the introduction of Stuart's new book 'The Great Undoing' For more information about Stuart, his new book 'The Great Undoing', Satsang dates - locations, and more please visit: http://www.satsangwithstuart.com

Swami Vivekananda - Fiducia in sé stessi
Significa fede in tutto, perché voi siete tutto.
